These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Riggio Exterior Solutions. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide professional window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, screen cleaning, junk removal, and related exterior maintenance services as described on our website and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

For recurring exterior cleaning plans:

• Monthly services may receive 15% off
• Quarterly services may receive 10% off
• Biannual services may receive 5% off
• Annual services are billed at standard rates

We accept cash, checks, and credit or debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property, including removing obstacles, pets, or hazards.

Please notify us in advance of any delicate surfaces or special instructions.

5. Liability

While we take great care, Riggio Exterior Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or wear to windows, siding, screens, roofing, or exterior surfaces.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety risks, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent service completion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
